Complete Equity Markets, Inc. offers professional liability insurance protection to members of AACJ, designed for a practice which is at least 70% time devoted to criminal defense work (court appointed, privately retained or both). Underwriters are willing to consider applications with 50% criminal defense work depending upon the nature of the remainder of the practice.

Coverage

The plan includes Professional Liability, Personal Injury Liability, Disciplinary Proceedings Costs, Contempt Defense, Criminal Defense and Discovery Demand Defense Costs plus Data Security Breach Coverages.

This insurance will be quoted through the National Association of Salaried Professionals Purchasing Group where applicable.
